So I've been counting calories for a few weeks now. I know, I know, I'm not over weight so why bother, right? Wrong. I've always wanted to be athletic looking, example below.
It's been helping. I now have a start of a six pack and other areas are looking good. I'm also lifting HEAVY weights, it's been hard but also very thrilling. Maybe when I'm more confident I'll post a pic, maybe....
