Just a few things

Well I have uploaded some songs to my ipod, which I'm falling in love with more and more. I also ordered my gelaskin the other day, but I couldn't choose one (I really liked 3 of them). So I just closed my eyes and clicked, I can't wait to get it. It might be a few more days they are located in Canada. JT...........(he know what I mean by this) LOL. Anyway, I'm excited about it :P

I also watched The Black Donnely's last night. I thought it was REALLY good!!! Of course I did yell at the tv a few times, but I always do that. ;) I think I irritated Christian, but he knows thats just what I do. Sometimes I just can't help it. I'm really bad when it comes to movies.

So far I'm having a great weekend. Of course anytime I don't have to work is great. Don't get me wrong I love my job and where I work.....but....there is just one thing wrong with it. And it's more of a who not a thing. Oh well, not much I can do about it. I just don't like hypocrites. It is really cool that I get along with everyone else though. I guess that's just life....

Hey peeps!

LOL, sorry just in a good mood. So lots going on...Kaylie now has an adoption date, March 7th. Woo Hoo, we've been waiting along time for it. I got an ipod! Christian is a sweetie (he surprised me with it on Thursday). I can't wait to figure out how to work it and to start downloading songs. I did find a neat skin for it. I know I said I didn't have a need for one.....but.....who says you have to get only things you NEED.
Works...well work. Of course someone at work did ask me: "does anyone actually read your blog?" My answer was...I do! LOL so if you're reading this than you can leave a comment so I have proof. Not much else that I want to share.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's day is my favorite holiday, and I had a great one. I hope you did too. Here are some photos of today and our happenings.

I got some amazing chocolates from Christian. They came all the way from FRANCE! JT hush it, I don't want to hear it, they are yummy.


We went to dinner at Fleming's Steakhouse and it was wonderful. I couldn't help it I had to take photos of the beautiful plates. The first one is our salad and the second photo was our cupcakes. Yes they tasted as good as they look......well due to the fact I didn't use a flash....the food was better! The cupcakes were red velvet with chocolate covered strawberries. YUMMY.

Kaylie made Christian and I cute cupcakes. How sweet is that? I have the best niece ever! I haven't tried them yet...but believe me I will.


Papa Ben got Kaylie this cute dog. It's as big as she is, and she loves it. Well I'll leave you with 2 photos from our trip. I thought the McStop sign was funny, I know weird sense of humor. And the second is from the theater, we couldn't take photos inside.

I'm bad.....I know

Okay so I haven't updated in awhile. I've been enjoying my time away from work (and the drama), So I do have pics from our trip to Minneapolis, and I will upload them......some day. :P

We had a blast visiting Justin, Debbie, Brody, Coy, and Gage. Of course I could have done without the VERY cold weather. But everything else was great!!! Justin and Debbie were so sweet to let us stay with them Friday and Saturday. We drove home last Sunday and haven't done much since.

On Saturday (Feb 3rd) we went to dinner at Ichiban Japanese steakhouse. It was really fun and the food was good. It was kinda like Taki here in Des Moines. Anyway, after dinner we went to see Triple Espresso... At first I was thinking 'what the heck, I spent how much to see THIS?!?!'. But after 15 minutes or so I got into it and it was funny. But by the end of the show I was crackin' up. It really was funny, and I recommend you see it. So all in all we had a great time. I will upload the photos when I'm not feeling lazy......who knows when that'll be. lol

Boy is it COLD!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and let you know it's very cold outside. At one point in the afternoon it was -10 F. Now I call that COLD!!! Plus the wind wouldn't stop blowing. But having a great time anyway :0)
