100th post

So this is my 100th post. Crazy... I didn't know I had so much to say, LOL.

Thank you everyone for your concern about DirectTV. Still hate them but the issue is dropped.

Thanks to Brandy I've decided to start doing ATCs. But only 30 of them. I started today, I'll be doing 30 before 30. So here's my first one:



I know it's not wonderful or anything, but hey it's a start.

More plans on the Birthday party are underway. Brandy is such a sweetie, she's helping with the invites. Thanks chick, love ya ;)
Hubby and I are thinking up the menu, I'm going to start downloading music. Next thing we need to do is find outfits (it's 70's to 80's theme). Should be fun.

Thankfully not much else going on. For my close friends you know what that means. Anyway, I'll share my next card tomorrow. Oh and I'm getting a new hair do soon....CAN'T wait!!!!

I'm so damn pissed off!!!

Let me first say I hate Direct TV. I f^#%in' hate them. For two days we've been trying to get our satellite swapped out for a new one and two new receivers. Yesterday we were told someone would show up between 12-4pm. The guy showed up at 515pm and was rude. No satellite just the receivers, I mean what good is that?!?!?! So Christian called and complained and set up another time, for today between 10am-1pm. No one showed up!!!

We've been playing phone tag with the Supervisor of the local company. Still no one has showed up. Hello it's now after 7pm. So I call Direct TV and complained. The first woman I talked to was nice and called the other (local) Supervisor. She said if they didn't call me in 30 minutes and let us know what was going on to call back. Well I called back and I get to talk to some rude bitch. Not only did she not care but she told me "there's nothing we can do about it." I can't even begin to tell you how rude she was. I wanted to reach into the phone and strangle her.

So now our appointment for today isn't in their computers, like it never existed. The local company says they didn't have anything scheduled for today. How convenient is that?

So I guess I'm just loosing my frickin' mind!!!!!!

Yes I'm still alive!

I've been busy so I haven't had time to update. Not like you really care, LOL.

Let's see, I've driven my scoot to work (not on the interstate). I've finished some layouts and projects for Crop addict. If you notice my name is on the right side under design team :) Woo Hoo. Anyway, I've had my ups and downs physically (I hate feeling bad). I've been cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning. But the greatest thing....My Dad and step Mom are here visiting.

I missed them so much. I'm glad they decided to come and spend a few days with us. Christian cooked a wonderful dinner and we've been chatting. I'm thankful I don't have a mean, crazy step Mom. Kim is a wonderful person and I love her dearly.

I have photos that I need to upload to my other blog. But I'm lazy and not feeling well. So maybe tomorrow.

I need to upload some photos here too. Like my kick ass helmet that I got. Love it, plus I feel really safe wearing it.
