I'm so damn pissed off!!!

Let me first say I hate Direct TV. I f^#%in' hate them. For two days we've been trying to get our satellite swapped out for a new one and two new receivers. Yesterday we were told someone would show up between 12-4pm. The guy showed up at 515pm and was rude. No satellite just the receivers, I mean what good is that?!?!?! So Christian called and complained and set up another time, for today between 10am-1pm. No one showed up!!!

We've been playing phone tag with the Supervisor of the local company. Still no one has showed up. Hello it's now after 7pm. So I call Direct TV and complained. The first woman I talked to was nice and called the other (local) Supervisor. She said if they didn't call me in 30 minutes and let us know what was going on to call back. Well I called back and I get to talk to some rude bitch. Not only did she not care but she told me "there's nothing we can do about it." I can't even begin to tell you how rude she was. I wanted to reach into the phone and strangle her.

So now our appointment for today isn't in their computers, like it never existed. The local company says they didn't have anything scheduled for today. How convenient is that?

So I guess I'm just loosing my frickin' mind!!!!!!

Okay, I'm done bitching. So for some good news. Fiona has a new accessory:


Okay I'm done.....I need to de-stress. :p

If I were you I'd keep calling higher ups until a. you get the result you want or b. you get some money back! We had to do that with our home security system, I was SO not happy but we got six months free! Trust me, we deserved it but it took a lot of calling and complaining on my part! Good luck!

that's horrible!! hope you get it resolved and get some free months out of it like Morgan said. Guess they haven't taken their customer services seminars yet...

That's horrible. Do you have to stick to direct tv or can you switch to something else?

Ugh!!! That's awful!!!! I would NOT be a happy camper at all - make sure they make it up to you!!

my step mother works for Directv's corporate office. Drop me an email with the details of what all went down if you want. I'd be happy to forward it on to her to see if she can make something happen. There is no reason you should be treated that way
